Warm greetings to all,

It gives me immense pleasure to share my first message with the STJIT community after assumption of charge as Director of the Institute on 1 June 2026.I express my sincere gratitude to the Management of Sri Taralabalu Jagadguru Education Society, Sirigere, for reposing its trust and confidence in me and entrusting me with this important responsibility.

As Director, I look forward to providing academic leadership, strengthening institutional governance, promoting a culture of discipline and excellence, fostering collaboration among teaching and non-teaching staff, and guiding our students towards meaningful and successful professional careers.

In pursuing these objectives, I draw upon nearly four decades of experience across the State and Central Governments, as well as the non-governmental sector. I firmly believe that lasting institutional success can be achieved only through the collective efforts of all stakeholders. I therefore encourage our faculty, staff, and students to actively participate in our shared mission and take pride in the rewards of their dedicated kayaka (work).

I shall continue to seek the guidance and support of the Management so that, together, we can work in harmony and create greater synergies in our endeavour to transform STJIT into a true Centre of Excellence.

I also look forward to sharing my experiences and insights with the STJIT family as we progress on this journey together.
